If you’re interested in graphic design and/or visual informatics, go have a look at the site. I’ve resisted re-posting stuff from there, but when I saw this, I just had to. I understand the frustration.

Great work. It would be nice to see a variation on this in which font size and colour are used to reflect people’s level of annoyance/frustration. That would of course require some interpretation and there’s no hard data to back it up, but I think most of us could guess the emotional state of some of the writers.
